Five women being trafficked to Kuwait rescued

 Five Nepali women who were being illegally trafficked to Kuwait via Jogbani in India have been rescued by police in Biratnagar. They were being trafficked by luring them with the hopes of better employment opportunity in Kuwait. 14 women were brought from Kathmandu with the intention of trafficking them to Kuwait. Of the 14 the whereabouts of 9 is still unknown. Police are conducting further investigation into the trafficking incident. The rescued women are being kept in the care of an organization called KI Nepal.
