Madhesi rights activist CK Raut was arrested for the eleventh time on Wednesday on the eve of the Donor conference from Hospital chowk in Lahan. Along with him 6 of his supporters were also arrested by the police. Raut was arrested while he was going to participate in an interaction program believed to be about the impacts of foreign aid and the reconstruction and resettlement of earthquake victims in terai.
