The family of 12-year-old Laxman Bhattarai a fifth-grader at Bhuwaneshwari Primary School, Ladauli filed a complaint against his teacher at Area Police Office Patan on August 19.  Both teachers, 43-year-old Chetraj Bhattarai and Durga 34-year-old Datta Bhattarai, are accused of thrashing the boy without any reason on August 18. Inspector Krishna Saud said that both sides would be called to the police station for discussion. The boy is undergoing treatment at Patan Health Post from August 19.
