Biplav Maoist attack revellers of new constitution in Achham

Cadres of Biplav led Maoist party have attacked revelers who were celebrating promulgation of the new constitution in Achham on Monday.
A clash occurred between the two sides when the maoist cadres attempted to disrupt a program being organized to celebrate the release of new constitution in Raniban VDC-8. Two persons each from both were injured in the clash.
