Protesting cadres of the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) on Tuesday night torched two motorbikes in the district. The two-wheelers with the bearing number plate Na 14 Pa 5105 and another unidentified were torched at local Jayanagar Chok while they were returning after refilling fuel from India, police said. Riders of both bike – 28-year-old Suresh Shah and 27-year-old Ram Prabesh Shah from Garuda-1 of the district – sustained injuries in the incident. Both are undergoing treatment at the Garuda-based Health Line Hospital. The District Police Office said police are looking for suspects.
