Ruandehi police arrested a man on the charges of murdering a 7-year-old girl. Police arrested 21-year-old Hari Khatri of Suryapura-5 in Sisaughaari over the alleged murder of Angel Darji who lived in his neighbourhood on November 18. Following the arrest, Khatri confessed to the police that, he killed the girl, daughter of Krishna Bahadur Damai by strangling her. After killing her he buried the dead body in a pit in Sisaughaari. According to DSP Rameshwor Karki of Rupandehi District Police Office, Khatri said that he killed the girl because he did not like her coming to his house to watch TV on regular basis. Police said that the arrested would be pressed under the murder act.
