A patrolling team of Armed Police Force (APF) has mistreated two journalists at Bhardaha VDC-1 on December 8. Journalist Shubhak Mahato, 30, associated with Pahilopost online and editor of Sakshi Post Daily Santosh Kumar Yadav, 28, were mistreated by the APF team when they took photographs of the APF patrol team. The APF men snatched the camera cursing at us for not taking permission and pressured us to delete the photographs, Mahato said. APF Inspector Amar Singh Nepali apologized for the misbehaviour of APF constables and returned the camera without deleting the pictures. The journalists were returning after meeting family of Rajendra Kumar Raut alias Rajiv of Bhardaha VDC. Raut was killed during ongoing Madhes agitation on August 1.
