Father of a 19-year-old girl of Katti-4 has filed a complaint against Khagendra Singh, 21, and another 17-year-old boy, accusing them of raping her. The victim's father filed the complaint at the District Police Office (DPO) on August 10.

According to him, the duo raped and beat her on August 8 while she was returning home from a mill.

DSP Sudarshan Thapa of the DPO said that they were searching for the accused and waiting for the medical report of the victim.

Police informed that the victim was undergoing treatment at the district hospital.
