According to DSP, Rajkumar KC, Kavre Police has arrested 35-year-old Laxmi Tamang, a resident of Kasikhanda-5, for attempting to slit her boyfriend's throat using a sharp weapon in Kokas Restaurant and Lodge at Dhulikhel. The woman attempted to slit 38-year-old Krishna Kumar Shrestha's throat 3 days ago during a minor dispute. Tamang has confessed using a weapon after the dispute arose between them after Shrestha received a call from another woman asking for mobile balance while he was with her. She has been arrested and police are pressing attempted murder charge against her
