Discipline-Incharge arrested for beating student in Kathmandu

Police arrested Discipline Incharge in accusation of beating a student and rupturing his eardrum.
Dipendra Shrestha, DI of Caspian College in Kumaripati, Lalitpur was arrested for beating Salan Dalim Dangol. Dangol's eardrum was ruptured from the beating. A complaint was filed against Shrestha in Police Division, Lagankhel.
Police informed that Shrestha absconded since the incident and was arrested after 10 days.
