A newborn infant found dead in Bhaktapur on Monday. Stray dogs were devouring the body of a newborn when it was discovered at an alley in Anantalingeshwor Municipality of Balkot Bhaktapur this morning, police said. Sub Inspector Yubraj Sharma said that the limbs of the child had bite wounds and the body might have been thrown at around 4 am. The body has been sent to the Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, he added.
