A newborn baby has been found under an unfinished view tower in Bhimeshwor municipality-10, Dolakha. Locals informed District Police Office situated in Charikot after finding the baby girl with umbilical cord intact.

According to Inspector Binod Silwal, police rescued the baby and she is being treated at District Hospital. The baby has minor injuries in the back, thigh, and chest. Police suspect that the baby's mother had abandoned her immediately after giving birth. Police informed that they are searching for the woman who abandoned the infant.
