A 25-year-old woman has filed a case against 35-year-old Umesh Shah at District Administration Office, Ilam, on May 25 in accusation of harassing her. The victim stated that the accused sexually harassed her at her workplace on May 18. She also added that the accused also harassed her by sending her explicit text messages. According to Assistant Chief District Officer, Sujan Fagole, the DAO is preparing to take action against the accused.
