Police have arrested 33-year-old Harkapal B.K of Bhojpur Municipality-1, Bhaisipankha on July 22 on the charge of raping a 28-year-old woman on July 15. The complaint was lodged on July 15 at the police Office. The accused was absconding after the incident however he was arrested from his house with the help of special spy according to DSP Raj Kumar Lamsal. The victim underwent a health check-up at District hospital of Bhojpur on July 16.
