A Clash erupted between people of Nepal and India in Nepal-India border in Tilathi VDC, Saptari when people from Nepali side tried to disrupt the construction of dam on the no man’s land that could cause flooding on the Tilathi VDC, Rampura Malhaniya, Sakarpura, Bishariya, Koiladi and Barsain VDCs in Nepali side. The Indian side started the construction after a dam was destroyed by flooding in Khado River despite the Nepali people’s protest and local administration’s request to not carry out the construction work.
