Police have released a 4-year-old boy after keeping him in custody for three hours for arguing with a constable's son while playing games. Police detained Munna Gupta's 4-year-old son of Motilal Gupta, who was staying in Dera in Kalaiya Municipality Ward No. 4 of Bara on Monday. Munna was taken to the District Police Office, Bara, by two police officers riding on a motorcycle at around 12 noon on Monday. The locals informed the parents of the boy after the police suddenly picked up the boy while he was playing on the road. After the police arrested the minor son, his mother and uncle went to the District Police Office. "When I went to the police office and asked, the police on duty said that they had not arrested any child. We asked them again and again but still did not say his whereabouts", said Poonam Devi, the mother of the minor Munna.Munna's mother Poonam Devi said that the police arrested and detained Motilal's minor son Munna on the charge of breaking the arm of a 10-year-old son of the police constable.
