Alleging the police of not arresting the culprit who had beaten the victim to death, relatives of the victim have obstructed the Chandranigahapur road by placing the body in the middle of the road. Beaten by the neighbor Manir Miya Ansari, 40years old Radhakrishna Saha the resident of Chandrapur-7 of Rautahat, died during the treatment according to the victim's family. Ansari who is a teacher of Janajyoti H.S School and Shah used to have debating issues priorly also and when Ansari beat Shah on September 7, Shah died on Saturday, September 10. कुटपिटबाट आफन्तको मृत्यु भएको र प्रहरीले दोषीलाई पक्राउ नगरेको भन्दै मृतकका आफन्तले गौर– चन्द्रनिगापहुर सडकखण्डमा शव राखेर चक्काजाम गरेका छन्। रौतहटको चन्द्रपुर–५ मा झाडुको व्यापार गर्दै आएका ४० वर्षीय राधाकृष्ण साहलाई छिमेकी मनिर मिया अन्सरीले कुटपिट गरी घाइते बनाएको र उपचारको क्रममा ज्यान गएको पीडित परिवारले दाबी गरेको छ। चन्द्रनिगाहपुरस्थित जनज्योति उमाविका निमावि तहका शिक्षक अन्सारी र साहबीच पहिलेदेखि नै विवाद हुँदै आएको र भदौ २२ गते अन्सारीको कुटाइबाट घाइते भएका साहको आइतवार उपचारका क्रममा ज्यान गएको पीडित परिवारको भनाइ छ।
