Parties associated with Federal Alliance marked the Constitution Promulgation day as black day by conducting protest rally in Biratnagar. Starting from Mahabir chowk, the rally continued to Bijuli Office along with Biratnagar municipality and Birendra Conference Hall. When the security forces did not allow the protesters to place black flag in Biratnagar municipality, they threw those black flags to the municipality. In the assembly organized after the rally District president of Socialist Forum stated that, "The Movement shall continue unless the Constitution is amended and the demands of Madhesh are fulfilled." संबिधान जारी भएको दिन असोज ३ लाई कालो दिनको रुपमा चित्रित गर्दै बिराटनगरमा संघिय गठबन्धन सम्बद्ध दलहरुले विरोध जुलुस निकालेका छन् । महाविर चोकबाट निस्किएको जुलुस विजुली कार्यालय हुँदै बिराटनगर उपमहानगरपालिक, बिरेन्द्र सभाग्रिह हुँदै बजार सम्मा पुगेको थियो । जुलुसमा सहभागिले उपमहानगर गेटमा गाडेको कालो झन्डा सुरक्षाकर्मिले निकाले पछी उनिहरुले उपमहानगर पेरिसरमा कालो झन्डा फ्याकेका थिए । जुलुसपछी आयोजित सभामा संघिय समाजवादी फोरमका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष राजकुमार यादवले भने, " संबिधान सन्सोधन नहुन्जेल र मधेस्का माग पुरा नहुन्जेल आन्दोलन जारी रहने छ । " उनिहरुले संबिधान २०७२ लाई धोकाको सङ्या दिदै नाराबाजी गरेका थिए ।
