Police have arrested seven people along with leader of Limbuwan who placed black flag in Madhumalla VDC of Morang on Monday. According to the protesters, they protested to mark the Constitution promulgation day as black day because the Constitution has ignored their rights. Police arrested Kumar Lingdel of Federal Democratic Alliance, Ramchandra thapa Magar the Central Committee Member of National Democratic Alliance Forum, Hariraj Khimjim, actor of the same party, President of Madhumaalla Rajkumar Limbu, and other members of the same party Indrabahadur Rai, Kamal Mahamad and hastabahadur Tumsa. संविधानको विरोधमा मोरंगको मधुमल्ला गाबिसको कार्यालयमा कालो झन्डा गाड्न पुगेका लिम्बुवान नेतासहित सातजना कार्यकर्तालाई प्रहरीले सोमबार नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ । प्रहरीका अनुसार संविधानले आफुहरुको हक उपेक्षा गरेको भन्दै संबिधान जारी भएको दिनलाई कालो दिनका रुपमा मनाउने कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत उनीहरु गाविस कार्यालयमा कालो झन्डा गाड्न पुगेका थिए । प्रहरीले कुमार लिङ्ग्देन नेतृत्वको संघीय लोकत्रान्त्रिक राष्ट्रिय मंन्च सम्बद्ध संघीय लिम्बुवानका केन्द्रीय सदस्य रामचन्द्र थापामगर, सोही पार्टीका कलाकार संघका केन्द्रीय सदस्य हरिराज खिमजिम, पार्टीका मधुमल्ला अध्यक्ष राजकुमार लिम्बु, सदस्य इन्द्रबहादुर राई, देवेन्द्र कन्दान्गा, क्षेत्रीय सल्लाहाकार कमल महमद मिया र गाउ सल्लाहाकार हस्तबहादुर तुम्सालाई पक्राउ गरेको जनाएको छ ।
