Police have arrested 13 years old boy on September 28 on charge of raping a nine years old girl. The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at District Police office of Diktel on September 26 against the accused on charge of raping a girl. The police have arrested the victim from his house on September 26. According to the inspector Nawal Kishore Pradhan of District Police Office, the girl underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Khotang on September 28. नौ वर्षीय बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा १३ वर्षीय बालकलाई प्रहरीले ०७३ असोज १२ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले असोज ९ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले असोज ९ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय दिक्तेलमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । उक्त उजुरीको आधारमा अनुसन्धानका लागि आरोपित बालकलाई असोज १२ गते घरैबाट गिरफ्तार गरिएको प्रहरीले जनायो । जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय खोटाङ्का इन्स्पेक्टर नवलकिशोर प्रधानका अनुसार पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असोज १२ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल खोटाङमा गरिएको छ ।
