The District Police Office of Banke has refused to register complaint against a security personnel accused of forcing a 15-year-old girl to commit suicide. According to the victim's family the accused policeman refused to marry the 15-year-old girl after impregnating her. The 15-year-old girl left a suicide note behind stating that she was forced to commit suicide because the offender who is a police official Ram Bahadur Oli (name changed)refused to marry her although she carried his child. The girl's parents accused that the offender manipulated and used their adolescent daughter in the name of love and forced her to commit suicide which is clear from the suicide note left by her. They tried to lodge a rape complaint against the offender as the victim was underage. However, both district police office and district administration office have refused to register complaint against the accused. १५ वर्षिय किशोरी आत्महत्या घटनामा पीडित परिवारले अपराध अनुसन्धान गरी पिडक उपर कार्वाहिको माग गर्दै दायार गर्न खोजेको जाहेरी दर्ता गर्न प्रहरिले इन्कारी गरेको पीडित परिवारले जनाएका छन् । किशोरिले आत्महत्या गर्नु पुर्व लेखेको सुसाइड नोटबाट प्रेमिका कारणले मृत्‍यु अङाल्न वाध्य भएको स्पस्ट पारेपछी प्रहरिले प्रेमी विरुद्ध उजुरी दिन खोजेको थियो । आफ्नो छोरी नाबालक उमेर रहेकै अवस्थामा पिडकले प्रेम जालमा पारी यौन शोषण गरेको सुसाइड नोटबाट स्पस्ट जानकारी गराउदै पीडित परिवारले जाहेरी दर्ता गर्न जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय बाँके र जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय बाँके पुगे पनि जाहेरी दर्ता गर्न अस्विकार गरिएको बाताएको छ । पीडित परिवारले जबर्जस्ती करणी, गर्वपतन, मानसिक यातना कसुरमा पिडाक प्रेमी विरुद्ध उजुरी दर्ता गराउन खोजेको थियो ।
