Dinesh Kumar Yadav and Umananda Yadav of Budhnagar - 4 and Sunil Kumar Yadav and Saajan Yadav of Biratnagar - 18 are facing human trafficking and kidnapping charges for being involved in this issue. Umananda Yadav married a girl of the same place after a long relationship but the girl's family were against the marriage. So, the girl's family filed the case of human trafficking and kidnapping against the Umananda Yadav and the other three people. District court of Morang has already given the verdict of the case. According to the courts' verdict Umananda Yadav is sentenced 15 years jail and 1 lakh rupees fine. Sunil Kumar Yadav is also in jail with the Umananda. The rest of the two are underground after the case has been filed.
