Indian national accused of raping mentally unstable woman

News: Rupandehi/Nov 7, Manasik santulan gumayeki ek mahila lai balaatkar gareko arop ma ek janaa bharatiya bhichu pakrau. A Buddhist monk in Lumbini has been accused of raping a mentally impaired woman. According to the information of Area Police Office Lumbini, 70-year-old monk Karun Nanda of Lusaanapaa Padariya raped 20-year-old woman of Suryapura. The monk is accused of taking the girl to his room and raping her all night. The monk was arrested after health examination of the victim according to police inspector Dilipraj Jha. The woman is impaired and has not been in her proper mental state since her son's death. Karun Nanda was arrested while he was trying to escape to India. The monk is also known as Agori Baba in India and is also said to be an Indian citizen though he also has Nepali citizenship from Rupandehi.
