37 years old Khumananda Pokhrel from Bhuwan Pokhari-4 of Palpa, who was staying in Rajdoot Hotel of Butwal Sub-metropolitan city-8, since two days has been arrested for attacking his wife with a sharp weapon. Pokhrel attacked his 27-years-old wife Ganga Poudel in stomach, neck and right shoulder with knife for not abiding to go with him to Aasam of India. Injured Poudel is taken to Lumbini zonal hospital. Police is conducting further investigation on the matter. आफनै श्रीमतीलाई धारिलो हतियार छुरी प्रहार गरेको अभियोगमा बुटवल उपमहानगरपालिका–८ स्थित राजदुत होटलमा २ दिनदेखि बस्दै आएका पाल्पा भुबन पोखरी–४ घर भएका ३७ बर्षीय खुमानन्द पोख्ररेललाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । पोखरेलले २७ बर्षीया श्रीमती गगां पौडेललाई भारतको आसाम जाउ भनेकोमा श्रीमतीले जान नमाने पछि छुरीले भुडी, घाँटी र बायाँ कुममा प्रहार गर्दा घाइते भएकोले लुम्बिनी अंचल अस्पतालमा लगिएको छ । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीले आवश्यक अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ ।
