Madhesi Morcha cadres on Friday hurled stones at the vehicle of CPN-UML lawmaker Ranju Kumari Jha in Rajbiraj of Saptari district. Jha, who is also the Chairperson of Women, Children, Senior Citizens and Social Welfare Committee of the Legislature-Parliament, had reached the district to take part in the party’s Mechi-Mahakali campaign. The party is organising a mass assembly in Rajbiraj on Monday as part of its Mechi-Mahakali campaign. The Morcha cadres have been organising protest programmes in various parts of the district to foil the campaign. Earlier today, the Morcha cadres had smeared soot on the face of UML district member and former District Development Committee member Pratap Narayan Chaudhary at Macha Hatiya in Rajbiraj. एमाले सांसद एवं संसदको महिला, बालबालिका, ज्येष्ठ नागरिक तथा समाजकल्याण समितिकी सभापति रञ्जुकुमारी झाको गाडीमा ढुंगामुढा गरिएको छ । एमालेको मेची–महाकाली राष्ट्रिय अभियानका लागि राजविराज आएकी झाको गाडीमा शुक्रबार साँझ मधेसी मोर्चाका कार्यकर्ताले ढुंगामुढा गरेका हुन् । मेची-महाकाली राष्ट्रिय अभियान अन्तर्गत फागुन २३ गते राजविराजमा एमालेको जनसभा हुँदैछ । पार्टी अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओलीले जनसभालाई सम्बोधन गर्ने कार्यक्रम छ । एमालेको कार्यक्रम बिथोल्न मोर्चाले राजविराजमा विरोध प्रदर्शन गरिरहेको छ । उनीहरुले शुक्रबार नै राजविराजको हटियामा एमाले सप्तरीका सदस्य एवं पूर्वजिविस सदस्य प्रतापनारायण चौधरीलाई कालोमोसो दलेका थिए ।
