Thousands of cases in consideration have been affected after government lawyers boycott court sessions protesting against the appointment of judges in high court. As the government judges were absent in the court session, some decisions have been made after hearing one side only. Most of the cases with the representatives under the bench of Judges of Gopal Parajuli Cholendra Samsher JBR of Supreme Court were halted, decisions were made for the cases under the bench of other judges. Government Judges reached the decision to reject the court session being disagree with the recommendation of the appointment of judges by Judicial Council before two weeks. उच्च अदालतमा न्यायधिश नियुक्तिको विरोधमा सरकारी वकिलहरुले बहस पैरवी बहिस्कार गरेपछि मुलुकभरका उदालत तथा न्यायधिसकरणहरुमा विचारधीन हजारौँ मुद्दा प्रभावित भएको छ । सरकारी वकिलहरु बहसका लागि अनुपस्थित भए पनि कतिपय अदालतमा एकतर्फी बहसपछि अदालत निर्णयमा पुगेको थियो । सर्वोच्च अदालतमा न्यायधीशहरु गोपाल पराजुली र चोलेन्द शम्शेर जबराको इजलाजमा सरकारी वकिल प्रतिनीधि हुने प्राय मुद्दा स्थगित थिए भने अन्य इजलाजमा सुनुवाइ भएको थियो । न्याय परिषदले दुई साता अघि गरेको न्यायधीश नियुक्तिको सिफारिसलाई लिएर असन्तुष्टि जनाउँदै सरकारी वकिलहरुले अनिश्चितकालिन रुपमा बहस पैरवी बहिष्कार गर्ने निर्णय गरेका थिए ।
