Relatives of a patient who died during the course of treatment at a local medical clinic in Siraha vandalized the clinic blaming the negligence on part of doctors at the clinic behind the cause of the patient's death. 25-year-old Rekhadevi Mukhiya of Bandipur Karjanaha-2 rural municipality was admitted to Raayin Medicare Center to undergo treatment for acne on Tuesday. But she reportedly died at night. Angered by the news, Mukhiya's relatives and locals vandalized the clinic on Wednesday. Inspector Yam Adhikari of DPO Siraha informed that police had arrested Tahir Raayin, owner of the clinic afte the incident. Locals have accused that the clinic was being operated without registering in the district public health office.
