Akhil revolutionary, led by Netra Bikram Chand, halted the transportation service of Indian vehicles during a strike called by Biplab to protest against the Belauri incident. Students of Akhil Revolutionary vandalized some vehicles that had Indian number plates in Nepalgunj. They even attacked some drivers. The incident took place when Indian Police and Nepal Police didn't allow vehicles with Indian number plates enter Nepalgunj. कंचनपुरको बेलौरीमा भएको घटनाको विरोधमा नेत्र विक्रम चन्द नेतृत्वको नेकपा माओवादीले आह्वान गरेको नेपाल बन्दका क्रममा अखिल क्रान्तिकारीले भारतीय सवारी साधन संचालनमा रोक लगाएको छ । अखिल क्रान्तिकारीका विद्द्यार्थीले नेपालगन्जस्थित विपी चोकमा भारतीय नम्बर प्लेटका मोटरसाइकलमा तोडफोड गर्नुका साथै अटेर गर्ने मोटरसाइकल चालकलाई हातपात समेत गरेका छन् । नेपाल प्रहरी र भारतीय प्रहरीले भारतीय नम्बरका गाडी नेपालगन्ज भित्रिन नदिएपनि भित्रि सडक र गल्लीबाट आएका भारतीय नम्बर प्लेटका गाडीमाथी विद्द्यार्थीले आक्रमण गरेका हुन् ।
