Agitated youths of Kapilbastu imposed a two-hour vehicular strike demanding Bahadurgunj to be made the municipality center. District technical committee Kapilbastu had recommended Bahadurgunj to make the municipality center of Krishnanagar. However, the new local structure has kept Krishnanagar as the municipality centre which was also the old municipality centre of Krishnanagar. This has lead the peple of surrounding VDCs like Ajigara, Bhilmi, Purushottam, Bidhyanagar, Bhagwanpur to protest. कपिलबस्तु जिलाको बहादुरगंजलाई नगरपालिका सदरमुकाम कायम गराउन आन्दोलित युवाहरुले आइतबार दुइ घण्टे चक्काजाम गराएका छन् । जिल्ला प्राविधिक समिति कपिलबस्तुले स्थानीय निकायको पुन संरचनामा कृष्णनगर नगरपालिकाको सदरमुकाम बहादुरगंजलाई बनाउने निर्णय गरि पठाईएको थियो । तर अहिले नया संरचनाको खाका आउँदा नगरपालिकाको सदरमुकाम बहादुरगंज हटाएर साविक कै कार्यालय कृष्णनगर नै राखिएकोले बहादुरगंज र वरपरका गाबिस अजिगरा, भिल्मी, पुरुशोत्तामपुर, विद्यानगर, भगवानपुरलगायतका युवा तथा स्थानीयहरू आन्दोलित भएका छन् ।
