Court has sentenced 6 years of imprisonment to 63-year-old Ganga Bahadur Bathamagar of Gairigaun-6, Rolpa on charge of attempted rape on March 30. The culprit had tried to rape a 2 and a half years old girl child after finding her alone at home on January 29. He had lured and taken the girl with him to his room. A relative found out about the incident when she had heard the child crying loud. According to eye witness, the man was naked and carrying the baby. The child also had injury marks on her body. साढे दुई वर्षीय बालिका जबरजस्ती करणी उद्योग गर्ने गैरीगाउँ-६ रोल्पाका ६३ वर्षीय गंगाबहादुर बाँठामगरलाई ६ वर्ष कैद सजाय हुनेगरी फैसला भएको छ । ती अबोध बालिकाकी आमाले विसं २०७३ मंगसिर १३ गते सासुको जिम्मामा छोरीलाई घरमा सुताएर घाँस काट्न गएकी थिइन | सासु घरको काममा व्यस्त भएका बेला बाँठामगरले बालिकाको हातमा बिस्कुट दिई ललाइफकाइ आफ्नो कोठामा लागेको जाहेरीमा उल्लेख छ |यसरी कसैलाई जानकारी नदिई सुटुक्क लगिएकी बालिकाको शरीर र योनीमा तेलको प्रयोग गरी जबरजस्ती करणी गर्न खोजेपछि बालिका निकै रोई कराई गरिन् |यसरि बालिका निकै जोडले रोएको पिडितकी आफन्तले सुनेपछि नग्न अवस्थामा रहेका बाँठामगरको हातबाट बालिकालाई खोसेर लागेको प्रत्यक्षदर्शीको जाहेरीमा उल्लेख छ | बालिका को शरीरमा घाउचोट समेत लागेको थियो |
