Police have arrested 40 years old father Tulsi Prasad Aryal and 37 years old year mother Bhim Kala Yadav on May 23 on charge of murdering 15 years old daughter Rabina Aryal of Kawasoti Municipality-16, Danda. The accused Bhim Kala is a step mother of the victim. The victim’s sister Manita Aryal had lodged a complaint at police accusing them of murdering her sister on May 17. However, police have released the accused after a normal interrogation. The victim’s relatives and family had staged protest in front of Area Police Office on May 21 against their early release. After the pressure from the victim’s party, the accused were re-arrested by the police for the investigation on May 22 according to SI Prakash Simkhada of Area Police Office of Nawalpur Kawasoti. कावासोती नपा-१६ डण्डाकी १५ वर्षीया रविना अर्यालको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले ४० वर्षीय बावु तुलसीप्रसाद अर्याल र ३७ वर्षीया आमा भिमकला अर्याललाई जेठ ८ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । आरोपित तुलसीप्रसाद र सौतेनी आमा भिमकला अर्यालले जेठ ३ गते रविनाको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा उनकी दिदी मनिता अर्यालले जेठ ६ गते प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । तर, प्रहरीले उजुरीपछि आरोपितद्वयलाई सामान्य सोधपुछ पछि रिहा गरेको थियो । आरोपितलाई रिहा गरेको विरोधमा पीडितका आफन्त, मावली पक्ष तथा आफन्तलगायतले जेठ ७ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय अगाडि प्रदर्शन गरेका थिए । पीडित पक्षको दबावपछि आरोपितद्वयलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि जेठ ८ गते पुनः गिरफ्तार गरिएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय नवलपुर कावासोतीका सई प्रकाश श्रीखडाले जानकारी दिए ।
