Police have taken into custody 29-year-old Resham Tamang on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. Tamang from Nuwakot is charged of raping the mentally retarded and physically disable girl on Monday morning at Beshisahar-1. He was caught on the spot and has accepted to the crime.
