Black soothe has been smeared on the face of Jeev Narayan Kafle, Department Chief of CTEVT, in line with the admission of the students for nursing and other medical degrees on October 11. However, the staffs of CTEVT demonstrated, stating that an ill act as such happened despite of the involvement of a committee led by the Education Minister himself. According to the Police, Pushpa Kumar Shahi, Vice-President of Nepal Student Union and a team of students led by Arjun Bam smeared black soothe on Kafle. केहीदिन अघि सिटिइभिटीले नर्सिङलगायत स्वास्थ्यका विभिन्न विषयमा प्रमाणपत्र तहमा अर्को शैक्षिक सत्रका लागि विद्यार्थी भर्ना गर्ने गरी सम्बन्धन दिएको विरोधमा विद्यार्थीले प्राविधिक तथा व्यवसायिक तालिम परिषद् (सिटिइभिटी) को सम्बन्धन महाशाखाका प्रमुख जीवनारायण काफ्लेलाई असोज २५ गते मोसो दलेर दुर्व्यवहार गरेका छन् । शिक्षामन्त्रीको अध्यक्षतामा बसेको बोर्ड बैठकले सम्बन्धन दिएको भएपनि मोसो कर्मचारीलाई दलिएको भन्दै सिटिइभिटीका कर्मचारीले भने विरोध गरेका छन् । प्रहरीका अनुसार नेपाल विद्यार्थी सङ्घका उपाध्यक्ष पुष्पकुमार शाही, अर्जुन बमसहितको विद्यार्थी टोलीले काफ्लेको कार्यकक्षमै पुगेर मोसो दलेका थिए । मोसो दलेलगत्तै प्रहरी पुगेपछि विद्यार्थीहरू पछाडिको ढोकाबाट भागेको र साँझसम्म ‘फरार’ भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
