A man was beaten by two of his neighbors in a dispute. Dan Bahadur Budhathoki, president of Area Development committee established by the locals of Ram Janaki Tol in Biratnagar and his son Suman Budhathoki beat up Khilraj Bhattarai when the duo was stopped by Bhattarai from selling the pipes bought by the residents for the community.They were allegedly selling the public property without consulting with the committee. Bhattarai sustains an injury to his head when hit by Suman. He has been taken to Koshi Zonal Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the locals and kins of Khilraj Bhattarai have demanded due investigation and action against the perpetrators. सशस्त्र प्रहरीका बहालवाला निरीक्षकले टोलको सामान्य विवादमा छिमेकीलाई सोमबार निर्घात कुटपिट गरेका छन् । विराटनगर महानगरपालिका-४ राम जानकी टोलमा टोल विकास संस्थाका अध्यक्ष दान बहादुर बुढाथोकी र उनका छोरा सिराहमा कार्यरत सशस्त्र प्रहरी निरीक्षक सुमन बुढाथोकीले छिमेकी खिलराज भट्टराईलाई कुटपिट गरेका हुन् । टोलका लागि आएको ह्युमपाइप अध्यक्ष दान बहादुरले टोलको बैठकै नबसी मनोमानी ढंगले बेच्न लागेपछि भट्टराईले विरोध जनाएका थिए ।निरीक्षक सुमनले गाली गलौज गर्दै एक्कासी मुक्का प्रहार गरेको पिडित भट्टराईले बताए । कुटपिटबाट भट्टराईको टाउकोमा चोट लागेको छ। स्थानीय सहित घटना स्थलमा भेला भएका आफन्तजनले घटनाबारे छानविन गरी कारवाही गर्न प्रहरी समक्ष माग गरेका छन् । घाइते भट्टराईको कोशी अंचल अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको छ ।
