Classes have been hampered as staff of Birendra Multiple Campus resort to protest. The protest has been initiated by employees of the Campus, which is part of Area Committee of Tribhuwan University Staff Association, demanding appointment of more staff to the campus. According to coordinator of the Staff Association, Mahendra Prasad Adhikari, the agitation that started on December 10 was called in order to pressurize the campus administration to pay heed to their demands. विगत केहि दिनदेखि कर्मचारीहरुको मागलाई लिएर विरेन्द्र क्याम्पसको प्रशासनमा भएका बाधा-अवरोधले गर्दा विद्यार्थीहरु मर्कामा परेका छन् ।त्रिवी कर्मचारी संघ इकाई समिति विरेन्द्र बहुमुखी क्याम्पस कर्मचारी संघले क्याम्पसमा कर्मचारीको संख्या न्यून हुँदा क्याम्पस प्रशासन मौन बसेको आरोप लगाउँदै आफूहरुले कर्मचारीको आपूर्ति गर्न दबाब दिनको लागि आन्दोलन गर्नुपरेको कर्मचारी संघका संयोजक महेन्द्र प्रसाद अधिकारीले बताए।अधिकारीका अनुसार मंगसिर २९ गते बाट बिहान १० बजेदेखि अपरान्ह ४ बजेसम्म क्याम्पस प्रशासन अगाडी कालोपट्टी बाधि धर्ना दिएर आफ्ना माग पुरा गर्न लागेको बताए ।
