गौशाला नगरपालिका-३ स्थित नवराजपुरमा रहेको श्री राष्ट्रिय आधारभूत बिद्यालयका बिद्यार्थीले नियमित रुपमा पठनपाठनको माग गर्दै बिद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । पछिल्लो समय प्रध्यानाध्यापक बंशिधर शाह नियमितरुपमा बिद्यालयमा आउन छाडेकाले विद्यालयको अवस्था दयनीय बन्दै गएको शिक्षक श्यामलाल चौधरीले बताए । प्रध्यानाध्यापकको लापरबाहीले बिद्यालयमा समस्या बल्झिएको स्थानीयबासीले बताएका छन् ।
