Members of the Dum community in Kathauna of Sambhunath municipality-6 in Saptari have lodged a complaint against local tea sellers Birendra Shah, Ganesh Shah, Laxmi Chaudhary, Baiju Shah, and Ramu Shah on Thursday for discriminating for discriminating them on the basis of their caste. In the complaint the members of the Dum community stated that the tea sellers prevented them from having tea inside the shop citing their so called low social standing. They have also demanded police to take action against them unde Caste Discrimination Act. दलित भएकै कारण सप्तरीको सम्भुनाथ नगरपालिका ६ कठौना बजारमा रहेको चिया पसलमा बसेर चिया खान नपौएको डुम समुदायका व्यक्तिहरुले गुनासो गरेका छन्। कठौना बजार स्थित बिरेन्द्र शाह, गणेश शाह, लक्ष्मी चौधरी , बैजु शाह, रामु शाह लगायतका चिया पसल संचालक हरुले आफुहरुलाई दलित भएकै कारण पसल भित्र बसेर चिया खान नदिएको भन्दै उहाहरुले बिहिबार प्रहरी चौकीमा निबेदन दिएका छन्। साथै पसलेहरुले त दलितलाइ पसलमा बसेर खान दिन्न भन्दै जथाभाबी उपसब्द प्रयोग गरि आफुहरुमाथि जातीय विभेद गरेको भन्दै निबेदनमा जातीय भेदभाब गर्ने पसलेहरु माथि जातीय भेदभाब तथा कसुर सजाए एनबमोजिन कारबाही गर्न समेत माग गरेका छन्।
