A complaint as been lodged against 18-year-old Bhim aka Man Kumar Sambahamphe of Tumbewa rural municipality-3 at District Police Office Panchthar on Monday on the charge of raping a 9-year-old minor girl. Inspector Bigyan Basnet of DPO Panchthar said that the complaint was lodged by the victim's family members. The victim underwent medical examination at District hospital. She is further being treated at the same hospital. In the complaint lodged the victim's family has accused Man Kumar of raping the girl on February 3, Saturday. Police have arrested Man Kumar and are holding him into custody for further investigation. नौ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा माघ २२ गते तुम्बेवा गाउँपालिका-३ का १८ वर्षीय भीम भनिने मनकुमार सम्बाहाम्फे विरूद्ध जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्याल्यमा उजुरी दर्ता भएको छ । पीडितका आफन्तले दिएको उजुरी दर्ता गरिएको सो कार्यालयका इन्स्पेक्टर विज्ञान बस्नेतले बताए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण माघ २१ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल पाँचथरमा गरिएको छ । उनको उपचार पनि सोही अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले माघ २० गते बलात्कार गरेको पीडितका आफन्तले बताए । आरोपितलाई माघ २१ गते गिरफ्तार गरिएको इन्स्पेक्टर बस्नेतले बताए ।
