Police had arrested two cadres of Nepal communist Party led by Netrabikram Chand Biplov from Bharatpur Metropolitan ,Chitwan. Police had arrested Tejendra Sapkota and Krishna Baral of Bharatpur Metroplitan ward-4 when they are trying to demonestrate with torch rally.
