Two Bhutanese Refugees Arrested for Rape

Morang/ August 27 Police have arrested two Bhutanese refugees on August 27 on charge of raping two girls – one 15-year-old and another 14-year-old. According to Rajan Karki, Chief of Area Police Office Pathari, the arrestees are Kumar Rai, 25 and Rabin Rai, 24, of Bhutanese Refugee Camp of Sanishchare VDC-1. Both the accused were arrested from Sunsari District, according to the police. The victims were lured by the accused when they had gone to the bazaar in Pathari VDC-1 to observe a festival and raped in the camp on July 29. Both the victims got medical treatment at Primary health Centre of Mangalbare in Urlabari VDC-6 on August 4. D
