Youth Association Nepal Jhapa Chapter has padlocked the office of a tar industry located at Kankai Municipality of Jhapa district, reasoning that the tar produced there was of low quality. Shiva Construction Service of Kankai Municipality-1 was padlocked because the tar it produced was found nonstandard. "The road blacktopped with the use of this industry's tar wore out very quickly," said Chapter Chairman Shambhu Bhandari. Most of the tar produced by Shiva Construction Service was found of low standard, said central member of Youth Association Nepal, Trilochan Sapkota. Such things must not be used in construction activities, he added. The move came after the locals complained about the wearing out of the road blacktopped with the use of the tar produced by Shiva Construction Service. Meanwhile, industry proprietor Dr Dipak Kumar Singh argued that the asphalt his industry produced was not of low quality. RSS जिल्लाको कनकाई नगरपालिकामा सञ्चालित एक अलकत्र उद्योगमा युवा संघ नेपाल झापाले तालाबन्दी गरेको छ । युवा संघले गुणस्तरहीन अलकत्र उत्पादन गरेको भन्दै कनकाई– १ मा रहेको शिव निर्माण सेवामा शुक्रबार तालाबन्दी गरेको हो । ‘यहाँबाट उत्पादित अलकत्रा प्रयोग गरेर निर्माण गरिएका सडक केही समयमै उक्किन थालेका छन्’, युवा संघ झापाका अध्यक्ष शम्भु भण्डारीले भने, ‘गुणस्तरहीन भएको थाहा पाएपछि हामीले तालाबन्दी गरेका हौँ ।’ शिव निर्माण सेवाले उत्पादन गरेको अलकत्र प्रयोग गरिएका सबैजसो कालोपत्रे गुणस्तरहीन भएको युवा संघ नेपालका केन्द्रीय सदस्य त्रिलोचन सापकोटाले बताए । उनले विकास निर्माणको काममा गुणस्तरहीन वस्तुको प्रयोग गर्न नमिल्ने उल्लेख गरे । जिल्लाको विभिन्न स्थानमा निर्माण भएका सडक गुणस्तरहीन भएको भन्दै स्थानीयबासीले गुनासो गरेपछि युवा संघले अनुगमन गरेको छ । अनुगमनका क्रममा शिवसताक्षीको धरमपुर–पाराबारी ९ किलोमटर सडक, कनकाई नगरपालिकास्थित लक्ष्मीपुर चोकमा सडक फराकिलो बनाइएको ठाउँ र अर्जुनधाराको जयपुरमा १ किलोमिटर कालोपत्रेको अवस्था गुणस्तरहीन भेटिएको केन्द्रीय सदस्य सापकोटाले बताए । यता, उद्योगका सञ्चालक डा. दीपककुमार सिंहले आफ्नो उद्योगबाट उत्पादन भएको अलकत्रा गुणस्तरहीन नभएको दाबी गरे । ‘हामीले उत्पादन गरेको अलकत्रा गुणस्तरीय छ’, उनले भने । Update......................................
