A youth has been arrested by police from Kohalpur of Banke in accusation of an attempt to rape of a 14 years old girl. Police have arrested 21 years old Rabi Tharu on charge of attempt to rape a girl when she was in a forest to collect mushroom. Police successfully arrested Tharu after her friend managed to escape from the scene and informed the police. Later on the victim girl was also escaped by biting Tharu's hand. Area police office, Kohalpur said they were investigating over Tharu by filing a case of Rape. कोहलपुरको शिवशक्ति सामुदायिक बनमा च्याउ खोज्न गएकी १४ बर्षीय एक बालिकालाई बलात्कार गर्न खोज्ने एक युवकलाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । बालिकालाई बलात्कार प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कोहलपुरले २१ बर्षका रबि थारुलाई पक्राउ गरेको छ । च्याउ खोज्न जंगलमा गएका दुई बालिका मध्ये एक बालिकालाई थारुले बलात्कार प्रयास गरेपछि अर्की बालिका भागेकी थिईन । लगत्तै बलात्कार प्रयास गरिएकी अर्की बालिकापनि थारुको हातमा टोकेर भाग्न सफल भएकी थिइन् । पक्राउ परेका युवकलाई जबर्जस्ती करणी उधोगमा कारवाही प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाइएको इप्रका कोहलपुरले जनाएको छ ।
