Students studying at Hilsa Naudhara elementary school at Kharpunath Rural Municipality-5 have padlocked the school protesting of not getting lunch allowance and scholarships. The school was padlocked from September 4 after about 10 students did not get the lunch allowance and scholarship according to Rashmita Aidi of the same place. According to her, studies of more than 85 students were affected. Principal Purna Bahadur Rokaya however said that the scholarship and lunch allowance was for previous financial year. He added that scholarship for 10 students were not provided as they are already been re located and school management committee have denied to provide it resulting the dispute. खार्पुनाथ गाउँपालिका–५ दुर्पा गाउँस्थित हिल्सा नौधारा आधारभूत विद्यालयमा अध्यनरत विद्यार्थीले दिवा खाजा भत्ता र छात्रावृत्ति नपाएको भन्दै १० दिनदेखि विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । १० जना विद्यार्थीको दिवा खाजा भत्ता र छात्रावृत्ति नपाएपछि विद्यार्थीले भदौ १९ गतेदेखि विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गर्दा उक्त विद्यालयमा अध्यनरत बालबालिकाको पठनपाठन प्रभावित भएको सोही विद्यालयमा अध्ययनरत रस्मिता ऐडीले गुनासो गरिन् । ऐडीका अनुसार विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेपछि उक्त विद्यालयमा अध्ययनरत ८५ जना विद्यार्थीको पठनपाठन प्रभावित भएको छ । दिवा खाजा भत्ता र छात्रावृत्ति ०७३/७४ मा रहेको सोही विद्यालका प्रद्यानाध्यापक पूर्णबहादुर रोकायाले बताए । प्रअ रोकायाका अनुसार सो विद्यालयका १० जना विद्यार्थी यस विद्यालयबाट स्थानान्तरण भई सकेकाले सो छात्रावृत्ति नदिएको बताए । उनले भने आफूले ती विद्यार्थीलाई सो रकम दिनुपर्छ भनेपनि विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिले दिन नमानेपछि यस्तो विवाद भएको बताए । विद्यालयमा विवाद भएपछि छात्रावृत्ति नपाएका विद्यार्थीले भदौ २५ गते जिल्ला शिक्षा विकास समन्वय इकाईमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । १० जना विद्यार्थीले सो छात्रावृत्ति पहिलेकै विद्यालयबाट पाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ जिल्ला शिक्षा विकास समन्वय इकाई कार्यालयका प्रमुख वर्ख फडेराले बताए । विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिका अध्यक्ष चत्तुरसिंह रोकायाले भने–‘स्थानान्तरण भएका विद्यार्थीले नपाउने हुन् की भनेर निर्णय गरेका थियौँ ।’
