Three locals were arrested from Panchadewal Binayak Municipality-6, Achham in accusation of protesting against a team of government officials who were distributing 'Poor identity card'. Police said they were arrested after ward office sent a letter of attempt to attack to them. Police have arrested 3 locals citizens including Lok Bahadur Rawal. The team of Lokbahadur had misbehaved the ward office team while distributing poor identity card. They had started the protest accusing the team had distributed poor identity card to rich people too. धनीलाई गरिब र गरिबलाई धनीको परिचयपत्र वितरण भएको भन्दै अछामको पंचदेवल विनायक नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर ६ टोलीमा नाराबाजी गर्ने ३ जना स्थानीयबासीलाई प्रहरीले नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ । गरिब घर धुरी परिचयपत्र वितरण गर्न नगरपालिकाको टोलि वडामा पुग्दा स्थानीयले नाराबाजीसहित आक्रमण गर्न खोजेको वडाबाट पत्र आएपछि उनीहरुलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ। प्रहरीले स्थानीय लोकबहादुर रावल सहित ३ जनालाई पक्राउ गरेको हो । नगरपालिका उपप्रमुख अम्बिका चलाउनेले असन्तुष्टि राख्ने कनुनी प्राबधान हुँदाहुँदै अभद्र व्यवहार गरेकाले पक्राउ परेका व्यक्तिलाई कारबाही हुनुपर्ने बताएकी छिन् । आफुँहरुलाई भरपर्दो सुरक्षा व्यवस्था नभएसम्म परिचय पत्र बाँड्ने काम ठप्प रहने उनले जनाइन् ।
