Locals of Gaur Municipality-4, Tikuliya, Rautahat protested against ward chairperson Bhuwaneshwor Shah accusing the ward chairperson is playing role to safe rape accused boy. The locals protest in front of District Police Office Rautahat against ward chairperson shah. Locals said Tinku Chandrabanshi a 21 years old boy of Tikuliya had attempted rape thrice a time to a local 15 years girl. He had freed twice before through social discussion. At the third time locals arrested and handed Tinku to police after he again attempt to rape. The locals also demanded to take action against ward chairperson who tried to dismiss the case.
