Arrested in the charge of rape attempt

Police has arrested 20 years Samir K.C. of Chaujahari-5 in the charge of attempting to rape. On 14th October's evening he attempt to rape 14 years old girl. 19 years Tilak K.C. who was also involved in the incident has escaped, said DSP Sumit Khaka.
