25-year-old Durga Oli from Ghorahi-10 shared in a press meet on November 20 that she has been banished from house with her infant daughter at 11th days of delivery by her 26-year-old husband Hemraj Oli.
After the occasion of naming ceremony of the infant on October 26, she was said to go to the maternal house following his culture but didn't permit her to enter to the house after coming back to his house on November 10. So she came to the streets asking the justice.
She first filed a complaint at the judicial committee in sub-metropolitan office which was not effective and filed a complaint at the District police office at November 16.
She requested the police to give justice as they denied to call the her husband Oli in the police office.
She cried sharing her personal problems to the police.Pointing in her character her husband ask divorce with her in district court as she said in journalist assembly.According to her it was just the fake reason to take divorce.
