Man held on charge of rape

Police have arrested 20 years old Pravin Kumar Yadav of Kankalini Municipality-4, Madhabapur on December 20 on charge of raping 15 years old girl.
On December 11 the accused had abducted the girl from the village and was raped after taking her to Itahari according to District Police Office of Saptari. The complaint was lodged by the victim’s family on December 19.
She underwent health checkup at Gajendra Narayan Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital on December 19.
Inspector Guru Prasad Timilsina said that the incident is under the investigation.
