A youth group has staged a protest rally against the Dr KC on Monday in Illam demanding that the medical bill be passed through the majority rather than under anyone’s pressure.
Of the nine demands put forward by the youth, the first demand is contrary to KC’s main demand.
Dr KC had started his 16th round of hunger strike at Surendra Limbu’s house in Ilam from January 9.
“He resorted to the hunger strike after the government ditched the agreement struck with him while breaking his previous strike,” said Dr KC’s aide Dharma Gautam, hoping that the federal Parliament would do the needful to accommodate the agitating doctor’s demands in the bill.
