Complaint lodged against attempted rape

A complaint against 32 years old Govinda Shahi of Chamundabindrasaini Municipality-4 and Madan Shahi,35 at District Police Office by the victim’s family of 21 years old girl on charge of attempted rape.
She was attempted to rape by accused duo on January 20 according to victim’s party. The incident is under investigation according to DSP Thakur Prasad Pokhrel.
